The Coratina olive is native to Apulia and boasts high levels of polyphenols which contribute to both the flavor of the olive oil and the health benefits. Following ancient tradition, the olives are harvested by hand and are crushed using a stone mill. Filled with their award winning monocultivar Coratina extra virgin olive oil.
